• Providing support in Thai and English by email and Live chats; • Processing with great attention to details and content; • Identifying clients' needs and proactively proposing solutions; • Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction; • Working closely with our team to improve and establish the necessary processes; • Working rotating shifts as scheduled.
• Proficiency in Thai and English, both written and spoken; • Proactive person with good support/sales skills; • Strong communication and negotiation skills; • Attention to detail; • Previous experience as a support agent will be considered an advantage; • Entry level position - you can apply with little or no experience; • Ability to work rotating shifts (09 AM - 18 PM, 14 PM - 23 PM and 17 PM - 02 AM) and 5 days work / 2 days rest schedule.
