📋 Description

• You will work as a Technical Product Manager (m/f/d) on challenging IT infrastructure projects. • Support our clients in making their digital systems stable, secure, and scalable. • Contribute to the design and ongoing development of infrastructure-related products and services. • Manage the entire product lifecycle: from requirements gathering through backlog maintenance and prioritization to implementation and release support. • Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and security teams. • Bring your experience with cloud-native and hybrid environments to help continuously optimize products and services. • Maintain a network of technology and service partners and help integrate proven standards and new solutions into projects.

🎯 Requirements

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager—ideally in platform engineering, cloud platforms, or complex on-premise infrastructures. • User empathy: you understand the needs of developers and IT operators and have at least 4 years of hands-on experience working with IT infrastructures. • You have a deep understanding of platform engineering and cloud-native concepts such as Kubernetes, service mesh, or GitOps. • You are comfortable addressing security and compliance while simultaneously optimizing the developer experience. • You are proficient in using Scrum or SAFe. • You communicate confidently in English—both written and spoken. German is a plus.
