📋 Description

• Coordinating the onboarding of new clients and ensuring a smooth implementation process • Building and maintaining strong relationships with B2B clients • Managing daily client communication and responding to inquiries in a timely manner • Resolving client issues and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction • Identifying upselling opportunities and supporting account growth initiatives • Collaborating with the Sales team to support deal progression and client retention • Assisting with the preparation and finalization of client contracts • Maintaining accurate client records and activities within CRM systems • Ensuring client communication meets agreed service level expectations (SLAs) • Coordinating with Operations, Finance, Recruitment, and Technical teams to deliver client solutions • Tracking client performance, feedback, retention, and account health • Building long-term partnerships by understanding client needs and providing proactive support

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Client Success, Customer Support, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role • Experience working with B2B clients • Background in the digital industry, CRM projects, or technology-related environments • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Experience using CRM systems • Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented • Fluent English (written and spoken)
