📋 Description
• Maintain and improve the existing Shopware-based e-commerce platform • Work with plugins (installation, configuration, debugging, customization) • Implement new features and technical adjustments • Identify and resolve bugs, issues, and performance bottlenecks • Optimize UX and conversion-related flows • Translate business requirements into technical solutions • Work within an existing codebase and continuously improve system quality • Collaborate directly with business stakeholders in a remote setup
🎯 Requirements
• 1–4 years of experience with Shopware or similar e-commerce systems • Solid understanding of PHP, Symfony basics, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Experience working with plugins and modifying existing systems • Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and work within existing architectures • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset • English language Upper intermediate (B2) is a must. • Nice to have: Experience with APIs (payment providers, shipping systems, ERP integrations, etc.) • Experience with e-commerce performance optimization • Basic understanding of hosting/server environments • German language skills
