📋 Description

• Develop and enhance APIs for banks, brokers and crypto platforms. • Investigate, interpret and reverse-engineer banking and brokerage APIs. • Mentor and support other team members using your financial and technical expertise. • Work in a small team, take ownership of product assignments and lead them to completion. • Actively participate in architectural design and technical decision-making. • Conduct code peer reviews and participate in retrospectives to plan and implement team improvements. • Support junior and mid-level engineers to maintain high code quality. • Work with modern technologies: Spring Boot, Ruby on Rails, Postgres, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker, Astra DB, Astra Vector DB.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience • Strong background in finance or wealth management • Development experience with Ruby on Rails • Development experience with Java and preferably Spring Boot • Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) • Extensive unit and integration testing skills • Fluent English; German proficiency sufficient to interpret bank accounting statements
