📋 Description

• Conduct on-site sales presentations and consultations at construction sites across New York • Identify and pursue sales opportunities by networking with developers, architects, and construction teams • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and quoting to contract negotiation and closing deals • Coordinate with internal teams for design, delivery, and installation • Provide expert guidance on product customization and specifications • Collaborate with project stakeholders to offer full-service design support and shop drawings • Track sales performance and maintain accurate records • Stay informed on industry trends in multifamily construction and kitchen design • Ensure exceptional customer service post-sale and follow-up during installation phases • Operate 100% on the road, traveling daily between job sites and multifamily developments in the New York area

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sales experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in construction sales or related fields • Experience in kitchen/cabinet sales or installations is highly desirable • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Construction Management, Business, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience • Familiarity with multifamily development projects • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Comfortable with a 100% on-the-road role, requiring daily travel to various New York-area construction sites • Flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends as projects demand • Proficiency in sales software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite • Experience with design software (e.g., CAD for shop drawings) is a bonus • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
