📋 Description

• Handle sensitive client interactions regarding negative balances, failed deposits, or reversed transfers with empathy and respect. • Own the recovery journey end-to-end, investigating account issues and mapping out repayment plans. • Spot trends in failed transfers or account friction and work with Operations and Product teams to improve systems. • Master banking operations, clearing systems, and recoveries compliance, establishing yourself as a fintech expert.

🎯 Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of direct experience working in collections or recoveries (whether at a third-party agency, a bank, or in-house). • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (Bilingual French is a massive plus!). • Investigative mind – dig into the ledger and transaction history to figure out exactly how an account got into the red. • Comfortable juggling multiple browser tabs and leveraging keyboard shortcuts for maximum speed. • Resilient to bounce back quickly from tough conversations.
