🎯 Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of direct experience in collections or financial solutions (at a third-party agency, in a bank, or in-house). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French. • An investigative mindset. • Technological agility: comfortable using Slack and keyboard shortcuts to maximize efficiency. • A resilient mindset.
