📋 Description

• Conduct reviews of marketing materials to ensure they meet legal and securities legislation requirements • Advise the Marketing team and other stakeholders on the applicable requirements and risks associated with certain practices • Draft promotional and contest materials for various products • Work with other members of the Legal & Compliance team in providing advice on misleading advertising and/or regulatory matters • Collaborate with different teams to flag potential issues on promotional launches

🎯 Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience as a law clerk, compliance officer or working in the legal field • 2-3 years marketing legal/compliance experience an asset • Excellent written and verbal communication • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills • Organizational skills - being able to handle asks that require a fast turnaround time • Experience with the payments and/or securities industry • Fluency in French • Law clerk diploma
