📋 Description

• Lead technical design, architecture, and delivery of scalable digital products. • Guide and mentor developers. • Integrate AI and automation tools. • Own infrastructure management and DevOps pipelines. • Develop and optimize WordPress-based ecosystems. • Manage integrations with APIs, CRMs, and third-party MarTech systems. • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, media, analytics, and strategy teams. • Implement secure development practices. • Champion innovation, proposing scalable solutions using new technologies. • Document systems and promote knowledge sharing.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in web development, infrastructure, or DevOps. • 5+ years in technical leadership within a marketing or digital agency. • Strong expertise in: Azure Cloud, WordPress development, web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL). • API integration & automation (Zapier, Make, n8n). • Server management: Apache, Nginx, DNS, VPS. • Version control: Git. • Hands-on experience with AI and MarTech tools. • Advanced English level (C1). • Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
