âą Drive early stage customer acquisition with strategic direction and tactical execution of paid and organic channels âą Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points âą Design and implement tracking plans, interpreting qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions across product and growth âą Uncover and leverage new emerging channels and opportunities to accelerate growth âą Work with the Founders and the Marketing Team to drive our product improvements and continuously optimise customer journeys and conversion funnels âą Work with the Brand Marketing Lead to test and refine the Growth Strategy âą Train and manage a Growth Intern to implement and track growth experiments and initiatives âą Updating the team and reporting on paid marketing performance
âą 3+ years growth/digital marketing experience âą Entrepreneurial, with an enthusiasm for early-stage startups âą In-depth knowledge of SEO factors and key algorithm updates âą Relevant technical skills or knowledge include coding skills, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager âą Domain expertise in UI/UX best practices âą Analytical mindset and data-loving is essential âą D2C experience âą Community growth, management or engagement experience âą Passionate about sustainability or the circular economy âą Experience working for a marketplace is preferable
