📋 Description

• Owning and growing a portfolio of strategic client accounts, driving revenue, margin, and long-term client value • Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor at C-suite level • Identifying and shaping opportunities for growth, turning client needs into impactful transformation programmes • Leading consulting-led engagements across areas such as strategy execution, operating model design, and organisational change • Driving business development activity, including proposal development, pricing, and solution design • Providing senior oversight across multiple engagements to ensure delivery excellence and strong client outcomes • Leading and developing high-performing consulting and delivery teams

🎯 Requirements

• Have significant experience in a senior consulting leadership role (e.g. Consulting Director, Delivery Director, Programme Director or equivalent) • Bring a strong consulting background, with experience shaping and delivering large-scale business transformation programmes. • Experience working with non-Private Equity (non-PE) clients across multiple sectors • Demonstrate a proven track record of growing client accounts and building long-term partnerships • Be commercially astute, with experience in proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and pricing • Have experience engaging and influencing at executive and C-suite level • Bring strong people leadership experience, with the ability to coach and develop senior consulting professionals
