📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive telehealth‑appropriate medical evaluations • Order and interpret diagnostics aligned with virtual urgent care capabilities • Manage a broad range of acute, non‑life‑threatening conditions • Create and implement evidence‑based care plans • Prescribe medications and diagnostics within state scope and telehealth guidelines • Document all telehealth encounters in the EMR (EPIC) • Communicate clearly with patients and families regarding virtual visit expectations • Partner with APC colleagues, clinical leaders, and support staff to ensure continuity of care • Participate in telehealth-specific training, education, and quality improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• MD or DO • Board Certified / Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine • Active licensure (or ability to obtain) in PA, NJ, and DE • Active Pennsylvania DEA • Experience in Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, or Acute Care settings • Comfortable seeing patients of ALL ages • Prior telehealth experience (preferred) • Experience in high‑acuity triage, virtual workflows, and remote clinical decision‑making (preferred)
