📋 Description
• Serve as the operational lead of LEE's day-to-day financial transactions • Own the full-cycle transaction process including accounts payable and receivable • Ensure compliance with non-profit accounting standards • Maintain audit trails and documentation
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or combination of commensurate experience and training • 3+ years of professional work experience • At least 2+ years of relevant accounting experience • Proficiency in Excel • Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of transactions with accuracy and efficiency • Strong, demonstrated commitment to LEE's mission, core values, and theory of change
