• Lead the strategy and delivery of member career supports • Design, implement, and evaluate a portfolio of member programs and products for policy and advocacy • Provide leadership support and strategic guidance for team members managing LEE's flagship fellowship programs
🎯 Requirements
• At least seven years of professional experience in leadership development or talent management • Background in policy or advocacy • Proven track record of managing teams to meet ambitious goals
