📋 Description

• Design, train, and validate machine learning and statistical models monitoring product consumption velocity, flagging early-stage trend spikes, and calculating real-time success probabilities for upcoming releases • Partner with data engineering to define feature requirements and consumption patterns for a unified data engine ingesting real-time signals from DSPs, social networks, and eCommerce platforms • Build localized data tokenization and anonymization approaches into modeling workflows to ensure compliance with cross-border data regulations • Use modern AI coding assistants to prototype, test, and iterate on models, and build interactive dashboards and visualizations for non-technical marketing teams • Develop and refine a natural-language AI briefing intake system, including automated classification of incomplete or non-compliant briefs and AI-generated brief enhancements • Collaborate with Paid Media on predictive scoring for bulk ad deployment and with Creative teams on data-informed, Gen-AI-assisted script generation

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience • 9–12 years of professional experience in data science, statistical modelling, or predictive analytics within high-volume tech or digital media • Deep hands-on experience building and validating production ML models within Databricks environments • Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and experimentation/statistical methods • Fluent use of modern AI coding assistants and LLMs • Strong understanding of data privacy frameworks and cross-border data security protocols, particularly when working with data from complex regulatory environments • Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills
