📋 Description

• Own a personal ledger within the team's shared cash collection target • Proactively chase invoices from very old, overdue accounts to invoices due for the first time • Contact customers and payment partners to confirm invoices have been received and scheduled for payment • Chase consistently before and after invoice due dates • Keep Sage fully up to date to provide an accurate picture of ledger progress • Reissue invoices and track down supporting contracts • Request purchase orders and run claims through payment portals • Build strong working relationships across finance, sales, customers, and third-party payment processors • Keep cash moving as efficiently as possible

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a credit controller in a high-volume environment with hundreds of invoices and customers • Motivation to hit cash collection targets • Tenacious, resourceful approach to problem solving • Strong relationship-building skills across finance, sales, customers, and third parties • Logical, detail-focused mindset • Ability to prioritise and manage own workload efficiently • Confidence working with systems to track and manage data • Sage Intacct experience is a bonus • Exposure to affiliate networks in media/advertising is a bonus
