📋 Description

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive performance for the Fulfillment Services business. • Deliver real-time financial insights, reports, and recommendations that influence decision-making at all levels. • Simplify and scale finance processes, leveraging systems, automation, and data to improve efficiency. • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across operations, business development, and customer teams. • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within your team.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, ideally within high-growth or ecommerce-driven businesses. • Deep FP&A expertise with a proven ability to manage large-scale data and financial systems (SQL, Excel, Oracle, SAP, etc.). • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and scaling early-stage processes. • Strong communication and influencing skills to partner with executives and guide strategic decisions. • Track record of thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while balancing strategic and hands-on execution.
