📋 Description

• Build and ship features for the FC App, including FC management dashboards, shift planning, slotting, roster/labor tracking, and operational workflows • Use AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, LLM APIs, AWS Bedrock, and n8n while owning code quality, cost, latency, and maintainability • Design and deploy AI-powered solutions and agents for fulfillment center operations, including multimodal document/data processing with evaluations, guardrails, observability, QA, security, and documentation • Partner with fulfillment center leadership, operators, and Tech to identify operational pain points, prioritize automation, integrate data sources, and drive adoption and support • Expand AI and automation across fulfillment center operations and communicate timelines, trade-offs, and expectations with business partners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field • Full-stack development and coding skills in Python, SQL, and JavaScript/TypeScript • Ability to integrate systems, leverage APIs, and build custom solutions beyond no-code tools • AI-assisted and agentic development experience with Cursor, Claude Code, LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, and APIs • Experience with or knowledge of evaluations, observability/tracing, guardrails, MCP servers, or orchestration tools such as n8n/Agent SDK is ideally preferred • Strong business partnership and delivery skills • Ability to translate operational needs into software, scope opportunities, iterate based on feedback, and deliver results with increasing independence • Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment • Fulfillment, operations, or e-commerce experience is a plus • Available work-from-home setup with a 4th-generation-or-higher Intel i3 or equivalent processor, at least 4GB RAM, Windows 10 or newer or Mac OSX, dual monitors, stable wired internet with at least a 10 Mbps plan, PC headset, and HD webcam with at least 720p resolution
