📋 Description

• Administer and analyze US health, welfare, retirement, and equity programs, including UARs and RSUs • Reconcile monthly benefits invoices and investigate discrepancies to identify and resolve root causes • Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate benefit deductions and timely retroactive adjustments • Build reports and dashboards tracking enrollment accuracy, billing variances, and equity activity • Drive data-informed process improvements • Support audits, annual filings, and vendor performance reviews • Partner with Payroll, Finance, and HR leadership • Serve as the go-to expert for employee benefits and equity compensation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in US benefits administration or analysis • Direct experience supporting equity compensation programs such as UARs, RSUs, and other equity plans • Advanced knowledge of benefits compliance and administration, including ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP • Hands-on experience with HRIS and benefits enrollment systems • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills • Ability to manage complex data and deadlines while handling confidential information with integrity • Available work-from-home setup • 4th generation or higher desktop/laptop with at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor • At least 4GB RAM • Windows 10 and above or Mac OS X operating system • Strong and stable wired internet connection with a 10 Mbps plan or higher for the primary connection • PC headset • HD external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution
