• Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Programmatic, Meta, Google Ads/YouTube, and other digital placements • Develop and implement data-driven media strategies to drive visibility, incremental reach, and customer acquisition • Collaborate with Merchandising, Brand Strategy, and PPC teams to align campaigns with business and brand goals • Monitor budgets, pacing, and performance to achieve ROI and efficiency targets • Deliver weekly performance analysis with actionable insights and recommendations
• Available work-from-home setup • Desktop/Laptop: 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor • At least 4GB RAM • Windows 10 and above or Mac OSX operating system • Provide own dual monitors • Strong and stable internet connection (DSL, cable or fiber wired internet service with 10 Mbps plan or higher) • PC Headset • HD external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution • 4–6 years of hands-on experience managing programmatic, Meta, and Google ad campaigns • Proven success managing large-scale media budgets ($6M+ annually) • Expertise with Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, DV360, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads/YouTube • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets • Experience with visualization tools a plus • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
