📋 Description
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of product managers • Define and evolve the service and platform roadmaps • Contribute to overall product direction across other streams of work, ensuring clarity of goals, priorities, and success metrics across PM-led initiatives • Translate behavioral science and nutrition research into product requirements that are modular, measurable, and globally scalable • Collaborate with engineering leadership to structure logic systems such as user states, progression models, and personalization frameworks • Drive alignment with Samsung Health and SmartThings collaborators on integration, data flow, and long-term experience design • Maintain high-quality execution by ensuring decisions balance impact, effort, and maintainability • Partner with leadership to establish KPIs for engagement, activation, and retention, and use data to inform product iteration • Foster a culture of ownership, clarity, and structured communication within the product team.
🎯 Requirements
• 7–10 years of product management experience • 3+ years managing or mentoring PMs • Track record of leading complex consumer products, ideally in food, health, wellness, or behavior change • Strong technical understanding of backend logic, personalization systems, or state-based user modeling • Excellent communication and synthesis skills, able to create clarity from complexity • Proven ability to connect strategy and execution, moving seamlessly from long-term roadmap to short-term delivery • Collaborative mindset with comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment • A genuine interest in nutrition, wellbeing, or coaching experiences that improve people’s lives.
