📋 Description

• Drive business outcomes across our sales organization through high-impact sales analytics initiatives. • Serve as a subject matter expert, guiding data-informed decisions. • Establish the current state of the Mid-Market pipeline and identify ideal customer profiles. • Lead sales analytics for major business sections, specifically Mid-Market groups, Upsells, and Partnerships. • Build and standardize reporting based on updated business processes. • Analyze product performance and customer data, influencing growth and success.

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2+ years of related analytics experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience. • Strong SQL and Excel skills. • Proficient in an enterprise visualization tool (Sigma preferred) and have experience navigating Snowflake, Google Suite, Jira, and modern AI tools. • Hands-on experience working within Salesforce to analyze pipeline and customer data. • Developing business domain knowledge with a strong understanding of key business drivers and basic statistical principles. • Strong data storytelling and presentation skills, capable of translating data into concise insights.
