📋 Description

• Responsible for Mobile Core network support, functionality and development • Perform proactive monitoring of network elements’ KPI/ alarms and network performance analysis • Perform service/system testing, data collection, and optimization as required • Handle and analyze trouble tickets and provide solutions when necessary • Create and maintain network system documentation • Operational task and requests handling • Participate in knowledge transfer to NOC engineers • Provide on-call 24 x 7 support on a rotating basis

🎯 Requirements

• Complete familiarity with MNO/MVNO structure and flows, for Voice, SMS and Data scenarios • Experience in analyzing network flows using raw data (traces/PCAP/etc.) • Deep understanding of various protocols: MAP, Diameter, GTP, SIP, RTP, SMPP • Deep understanding of 3G, 4G and VoLTE networks • Ability to design, scale and integrate a network element into a live network • Hands-on experience in integration between network elements (SCTP, SIP trunk, SMPP connection) • Roaming and SPR solutions understanding • Understanding of 3GPP standards and GSMA guidelines and knowing to analyze based on it • At least 5 years of practical experience as a core engineer • Willingness to occasional travel is required. • Knowledge of IP switching and routing protocol - an advantage • Knowledge of Linux system administration and cloud technologies (AWS, VMware) - an advantage • Familiarity with scripting specifications and profiling automated tools - an advantage
