📋 Description

• Manage the entire content production lifecycle, from strategic planning, material and brief creation, and delivery quality monitoring to direct communication with suppliers • Ensure execution of the strategic plan in terms of deadlines and final content delivery guidelines • Ensure suppliers have all the information and materials required to perform the work • Track deadlines, follow up on delays, and provide status updates to the project coordinator • Create training materials for content suppliers, ensuring they are accurate and up to date • Conduct persona and consumer journey research • Produce the materials required for the strategic and operational execution of the department • Close out production activities and monitor supplier payments • Create content briefs for external suppliers, ensuring compliance with strategic guidelines
