• Ensure execution of the strategic plan with regard to deadlines and guidelines for the final delivery of content. • Ensure that the team of external content providers has all necessary information and materials to perform their work to a high standard. Track deadlines, follow up on delays, and report status to the project coordinator. • Produce training materials for content providers, ensuring the quality and ongoing updates of these materials. • Conduct persona and customer-journey studies, producing the materials needed for the strategic and operational execution of this and other disciplines within the team. • Responsible for closing out production and ensuring that supplier payments are being processed correctly. • Create content briefings for external providers, ensuring that strategic directives are being followed.
