📋 Description

• Lead the Hunter Sales team in the France region • Sell Webfleet’s value-added fleet-management solutions to prospects in France • Contribute to company goals and revenue growth targets • Achieve growth revenue and sales targets by managing a sales team • Establish initiatives and processes to maximize team potential • Manage, coach, and motivate people leaders • Define sales plans and team strategy • Design and implement strategies to improve current processes • Monitor regional performance and present sales results and forecasts • Act as a business generator through personal market presence and influence • Lead and animate the technology-partner ecosystem • Enrich the Webfleet platform and foster mutual business opportunities • Serve as a visible and recognized leader in the French market • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Successful previous experience as a sales representative and sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close • Ability to impact and influence stakeholders • Analytic and strategic skills, sense of priority, and long-term planning • Commitment to continuous education through workshops and trainings • Experience within the telematics industry or fleet management • Resilient, independent, and self-reliant; able to work autonomously with little supervision • Excellent public speaking, verbal, and written communication skills in French and English • University degree preferred • CV must be submitted in English
