📋 Description
• Serve as Legal Sales Specialist and Virtual Receptionist for Coconut’s clients • Answer and make client phone calls with a friendly, welcoming voice • Manage leads and perform client follow-up via texts, calls, and emails using provided scripts • Learn, navigate, and extract data from the CRM Legal Funnel and use GoHighLevel • Maintain accurate client and lead records in the CRM • Be the first impression of the firm: provide warm, professional client interactions • Work scheduled hours 9 AM–5 PM PST, 20–40 hours/week, from a quiet professional workspace
🎯 Requirements
• Enter CEFR English proficiency level (EF SET Quick Check suggested) • Create Coconut VA Profile (resume) using provided template • Record and provide a 1-minute introduction video (Loom recommended) • English language proficiency • Excellent spoken English with a clear, easy-to-understand accent for client phone calls • Easily understandable accent for phone calls • Quiet, professional workspace and reliable availability during 9 AM – 5 PM Pacific Time, Monday–Friday • Availability: 20–40 hours/week • Friendly and welcoming personality/voice • Willingness to learn and navigate CRM Legal Funnel • Experience with lead management and client follow-up (texts/calls/emails; scripts provided) • GoHighLevel experience • Experience with legal services or professional services (helpful but not required) • Comfort learning and navigating CRM systems (specifically Legal Funnel) • Experience with data extraction from CRM Legal Funnel
