📋 Description

• Architect, design, and evolve backend systems, platform services, and APIs using Python. • Partner closely with data scientists and machine learning engineers. • Design and scale distributed systems that process large volumes of data. • Build secure, resilient data storage and retrieval systems. • Work across the full product lifecycle from early concept to ongoing production ownership. • Lead complex, cross-team technical initiatives. • Produce maintainable, well-tested, observable code. • Mentor engineers and share expertise in backend architecture. • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience • 7+ years of software engineering experience • Deep expertise in backend engineering and distributed systems • Strong technical foundation in software design and development • Experience across multiple programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go) • Designed, built, and operated reliable distributed systems in production • Highly proficient in backend API design and service-oriented architecture • Experience building secure systems and implementing data integrity approaches. • Demonstrated technical leadership across cross-functional initiatives • Effective partnership with product, design, data, and ML stakeholders. • Strong judgment and clear communication.
