📋 Description

• Own Marketplace strategy across pricing, payouts, supply, and expansion into new asset types (templates, libraries, and beyond) • Use data driven frameworks and analytical thinking to approach opportunities and share insights with the broader leadership team • Conduct experiments to identify optimizations and future roadmap initiatives • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to design improvements to the Marketplace user and creator experiences • Guide and align asset review teams, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency • Champion the creator community, gathering insights and translating feedback into actionable strategy

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience • Have 7+ years of experience in an operations, product, strategy, or similar role • You have a proven track record of driving strategy from ideation through execution • You are data driven and are proficient in SQL • You are comfortable building solutions with low code/no code software • You are process-oriented and have an eye for simple solutions • Stay curious and open to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact.
