📋 Description
• Own the full accountant bench delivering end to end Ecommerce Accounting Services • Hire, train, and manage the eCommerce Accountant team • Handle complex US accounting or ecommerce questions • Ensure monthly Books Close and certified sign-off by the 15th of every month • Resolve client escalations within 24 hours • Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, and Support teams • Track customer growth against team capacity • Partner with Product & Engineering
🎯 Requirements
• 15+ years in accounting • Deep, hands-on US accounting expertise • Proficient in QuickBooks and Xero • Real accounting consulting or advisory experience • Client Accounting Services (CAS) background is a strong plus • Proven experience managing and scaling a team • Comfortable owning client relationships
