📋 Description

• Map and restructure data ingestion and transformation pipelines in Databricks • Redesign data marts and data lake layers that feed CRM and CDP platforms • Build and maintain ETL/ELT jobs using Spark, SQL and Delta Lake • Integrate Databricks with Salesforce Data Cloud for data ingestion, export and synchronization • Participate in technical discovery, mapping the current architecture (As-Is) and designing the target architecture (To-Be) • Ensure data governance, quality, performance and processing cost control • Document architecture, pipelines and technical decisions • Collaborate with Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud specialists on data model definition

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics or related fields • Proven experience with Databricks in a production environment, including Spark, Delta Lake, notebooks and jobs/workflows • Advanced SQL • Python applied to data pipelines • Experience with data lake/lakehouse architecture • Fluent Portuguese • Intermediate English for technical documentation and meeting participation • Knowledge of PySpark and Spark SQL • Familiarity with Databricks, Workflows, Delta Lake and Unity Catalog • Python for data engineering • Dimensional and analytical data modeling • Orchestration of pipelines with Airflow, Azure Data Factory or similar • Data governance and data quality best practices • Differentials: Databricks certification, experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or other CDP platforms, Identity Resolution, customer data unification, consulting project experience and advanced English
