📋 Description

• Provide high-quality virtual physical therapy services to residents of assisted living facilities, independent living communities, and senior living campuses • Serve as a clinical resource for Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) • Provide supervision, mentorship, and guidance to support excellent patient outcomes • Assist with daily operational workflow

🎯 Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Maine • Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills • Ability to work independently while managing a remote caseload • Experience working with geriatric populations preferred • Prior telehealth experience preferred • Credentialing with Maine insurance payers preferred
