📋 Description

• Create high-quality visual assets across multiple brands and marketing channels; • Design YouTube thumbnails, podcast graphics, and video cover images; • Create event graphics for webinars, launches, workshops, and live sessions; • Design social media carousels for platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn; • Develop logos, brand marks, and visual identity assets; • Produce graphics for full marketing campaigns across multiple platforms; • Support visual updates and design adjustments for landing pages as needed; • Maintain consistency across multiple brands simultaneously; • Follow established brand guidelines while adapting creative assets to different audiences and campaigns; • Ensure all deliverables are polished, professional, and aligned with brand standards; • Manage file organization and asset delivery efficiently; • Collaborate closely with video editors, social media managers, and other creative team members; • Contribute creative ideas and visual concepts, not just execution; • Proactively identify opportunities to improve creative assets and campaign performance; • Support the ongoing development and documentation of creative processes and SOPs;

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional graphic design experience • Experience creating marketing assets across multiple digital channels • Experience working with Real Estate, AI, Technology, or other premium brands **is a plus;** • Experience making visual adjustments to landing pages **is a plus;** • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality, professional design work • Experience documenting processes and creating SOPs • Advanced proficiency with graphic design tools and creative software • Strong understanding of design principles, branding, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy • Ability to manage multiple projects and brands simultaneously without sacrificing quality • Excellent attention to detail and quality control • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
