• Assist in managing day-to-day communication with assigned clients via email, calls, and virtual meetings • Support senior account managers in onboarding new clients and understanding client requirements • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing, or delivery teams) to ensure timely execution of client deliverables • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure commitments are met • Prepare basic reports, status updates, and presentations for internal and client-facing meetings • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and documentation • Help identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities by understanding client needs and business objectives • Address basic client queries and escalate issues when required to ensure prompt resolution • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance client experience and operational efficiency
• 0–1 years of experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities • Basic understanding of business operations, sales, or client servicing • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and email communication tools • Comfort working in a remote setup with minimal supervision • Exposure to account management, client servicing, sales, or customer success roles (preferred) • Familiarity with CRM tools or project management platforms (a plus, not mandatory) • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities (preferred) • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-growing environment (preferred)
