📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain high-availability backend services in Go, Python, and Java • Implement and manage Terraform scripts to provision and scale cloud resources consistently • Configure and optimize GitHub Actions workflows for CI/CD pipelines and automated testing • Integrate with multiple payment processors, including Stripe, PayPal, and Razorpay, ensuring compliance with PCI-DSS standards • Perform code reviews, enforce coding best practices, and contribute to architectural discussions • Monitor application performance, diagnose bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency • Collaborate with product and front-end teams to deliver end-to-end feature solutions • Develop robust error handling, logging, and alerting mechanisms for production stability • Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortem documentation • Stay up-to-date with industry trends in cloud infrastructure, payment technologies, and backend development

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience building scalable backend systems in Go, Python, and/or Java • Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure-as-code and experience deploying resources on AWS, GCP, or Azure • Hands-on experience configuring GitHub Actions for CI/CD, including automated testing and deployment • Deep understanding of payment gateway integration, security best practices, and regulatory compliance • Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, as well as message queuing systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills across distributed systems • Proven ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture • Experience with automated testing frameworks, unit/integration tests, and test automation pipelines • Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud orchestration • Passion for continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies in backend development
