📋 Description

• Write PRDs defining the problem, users, success measures and scope • Design user experiences, sketch flows and build working prototypes • Architect secure, observable, scalable systems with privacy built in • Review PRDs, designs and prototypes with the product team and obtain sign-off • Direct AI coding agents to implement approved designs • Own tests, evaluations and reviews to ensure production-grade output • Launch products, instrument adoption and impact, and share learnings with the product team • Convert successful practices into reusable specifications, prompts and agent workflows • Work with data platform, cloud platform and agents teams • Learn the company's products, data and platforms and ship improvements end to end • Own a product area and ship features from PRD to production

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years building software products • At least two products taken from idea to production and owned after launch • Strong engineering fundamentals: system design, data modeling, APIs, SQL and full-stack web development • Ability to read, judge and fix code written by AI agents • Ability to turn loosely defined needs into PRDs with clear scope, success metrics and trade-offs • Ability to design clear, simple flows and interfaces and prototype them in Figma or in code • Daily use of coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor or Copilot, with knowledge of their limitations • Experience shipping LLM-powered features or agents • Hands-on experience with a major cloud platform, ideally AWS • Clear writing of PRDs and design documents • Comfort with ambiguity • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or equivalent practical experience • Bonus: data products, identity resolution or marketing technology; handling PII under contractual or regulatory constraints; founder or early-stage startup experience
