📋 Description

• Lead initiatives broadly impacting Built In engineering and its partners • Design and implement software solutions delivering high-quality experiences and capabilities for customers and users • Code systems and components supporting wide-ranging product lines • Document and lead implementation of technical features, improvements, and innovations • Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to build AI-enabled features • Manage end-to-end development of software products • Analyze system-level issues and implement effective solutions • Mentor other engineers and reinforce a culture of learning and teaching

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of development experience in .Net building highly scalable web and/or backend systems • Experience integrating AI into new or existing systems • Expertise developing software on public cloud platforms — AWS, Azure, or GCP • Skilled in an engineering environment using agile methodologies, observability, and continuous delivery • Proven track record of success in large-scale projects • Agentic workflow experience is a plus • Proficiency in Razor is a strong plus • Proactive mindset and initiative to improve performance, quality, and efficiency
