📋 Description

• Design and evaluate complex problems in chemistry across diverse subfields • Assess AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy, chemical reasoning, and relevance • Provide detailed written feedback on problem sets, mechanisms, and solutions • Work asynchronously with AI researchers and engineers to refine and improve model performance • Ensure academic rigor and scientific precision in all chemistry-related content used to train or evaluate AI systems

🎯 Requirements

• PhD in Chemistry or a closely related discipline from a top university • Undergraduate degree completed in the U.S., UK, Canada, or Europe preferred • Strong subject-matter expertise across core areas of chemistry • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High attention to detail and analytical problem-solving ability • Prior teaching, research, or publication experience is an advantage
