📋 Description

• Concept campaigns, films, scripts, and social work across digital touchpoints, designed to run at scale • Turn client briefs into problem framing and marketable proposals • Present and sell creative work directly to clients, including senior enterprise marketing teams • Lead won work with the creative team and AI agents from delivery through completion • Stay close to clients throughout delivery • Identify and present upsell opportunities within live accounts • Lead the AI Video practice and bring clients new video ideas as technology evolves • Work closely with the co-founder and CEO

🎯 Requirements

• 4 to 7 years across creative, strategy or brand roles • Digital and film work in portfolio • Great taste and confidence to trust it • Ability to develop and defend effective ideas • Ability to frame a client's problem better than the client • Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and holding a point of view • Genuine curiosity about AI and willingness to build with AI tools • Marketing Campaign Management • Manage Client Relationships • Social Media Marketing • AI tools skills • Creative marketing management • Client Services
