• Plan, execute, and continuously optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and X to boost traffic and engagement. • Promote high-performing articles, market insights, and newsletters to maximize clicks, sessions, and readership. • Create targeted campaign sets for specific content verticals such as market analysis, newsletters, and special features. • Conduct ongoing A/B tests on creatives, messaging, and headlines to identify what drives the highest CTRs. • Manage budgets effectively to deliver strong ROI across all paid initiatives. • Grow and engage audiences on Twitter and Instagram through a mix of organic and paid strategies. • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights for continuous improvement. • Collaborate with content, SEO, and social teams to ensure campaigns support editorial goals and brand positioning. • Stay updated on platform changes, digital trends, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within media, fintech, or web3 domains. • Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and X Ads. • Strong understanding of campaign tracking, analytics, and performance optimization. • Working knowledge of SEO, especially within digital currency or financial news ecosystems. • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
