📋 Description

• Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises, assessing AI-generated suggestions for accuracy, risk identification, and legal soundness • Review AI-generated responses to contract scenarios and provide structured, actionable feedback to improve performance • Evaluate outputs related to SaaS agreements, identifying gaps, risks, and inconsistencies • Collaborate with product and research teams to refine training data, annotation frameworks, and best practices for AI-driven contract review systems • Contribute to the development of high-quality datasets that improve legal AI precision and reliability

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school • Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction • Minimum 3+ years of in-house legal experience, with a focus on technology transactions • Strong expertise in SaaS contract review, negotiation, and redlining • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail • Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate legal judgment into structured feedback • Interest in the intersection of law, technology, and AI • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments • Prior exposure to AI, legal tech, or data annotation projects (preferred) • Deep understanding of risk mitigation strategies in SaaS contracting (preferred) • Contributions to legal tech through publications, speaking engagements, or research (preferred)
