📋 Description
• Design, oversee, and maintain spatial databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity throughout all projects. • Perform advanced geoprocessing and spatial modeling utilizing QGIS, and translate the results into practical insights. • Create, customize, and support QGIS plugins and extensions to meet specific project requirements. • Automate geospatial analysis workflows with Python (PyQGIS) to enhance efficiency and reproducibility. • Produce high-quality cartographic maps and visualizations for use in reports, presentations, and decision-making. • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members to gather requirements and develop geospatial solutions. • Effectively communicate complex technical information both orally and in writing to internal teams and external stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
• In-depth knowledge of QGIS, including spatial database management, geoprocessing, and map creation. • Strong Python skills with practical experience automating processes within QGIS using PyQGIS. • Comprehensive understanding of spatial projections, coordinate systems, and data transformations. • Demonstrated capability to customize QGIS through plugin development or scripting. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences. • Proven experience producing professional cartographic outputs tailored to diverse decision-making scenarios. • Outstanding organizational abilities and attention to detail while handling multiple project priorities.
