• Take up ad-hoc operational tasks to keep the growth engine running smoothly. • Set up and monitor marketing campaigns across different channels. • Stay in touch with clients and help them with relevant candidate sourcing via Weekday. • Contribute to content marketing — posts, emails, case studies, social, etc. • Work on SEO + AI-powered SEO to improve organic reach. • Run and maintain automations to reduce manual effort and speed up workflows. • Research new growth opportunities, partnerships, and channels. • Help sales/growth team with day-to-day coordination and follow-ups.
• You have 6–12 months of experience in a startup environment and want to get deeper into hands-on execution in a fast-paced setup. (Exceptional fresh grads are welcome too.) • You take high ownership, are self-driven, and have a “get things done” mindset. • Being based in Bangalore is a plus. • Experience in content marketing or basic coding is a bonus (not mandatory). • Curiosity for growth, automation, and new tools is appreciated.
• Relatively small team size: Our full time team size is 32 people. You get to work with an experienced founding team and get one-to-one interaction on a daily basis. • Very strong bias for action. We don't do any unnecessary meetings. • You will get to see results of your efforts from day 1. • You will work with clients directly. • You will be directly responsible for revenue. • Chance to convert to a full time role
