📋 Description
• Define and implement robust compliance frameworks. • Ensure full regulatory adherence and manage organisational risks. • Work closely with senior leadership, regulators, and cross-functional teams. • Conduct regular monitoring, reviews, and internal audits. • Partner with product, lending, insurance, and investment teams to embed compliance throughout business operations. • Drive policies related to data privacy, cybersecurity, AML/KYC, and risk controls across the organisation. • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of compliance professionals.
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in compliance within NBFC, banking, or fintech domains. • Deep understanding of RBI regulations, AML/KYC norms, data privacy requirements, and corporate governance standards. • Proven expertise in handling regulatory audits, interactions with governing bodies, and developing compliance roadmaps. • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate with regulators, auditors, and senior leadership. • Degree in Law, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field is preferred.
