📋 Description

• Maintain and optimize secure IT infrastructure across cloud (AWS/GCP) and on-prem environments. • Ensure high availability and performance of internal systems, applications, and collaboration tools. • Automate provisioning, monitoring, and maintenance processes using scripting and orchestration tools. • Manage identity, access, and device management solutions with compliance and security in mind. • Automate IT and operational tasks using Python, PowerShell, or Bash. • Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployments. • Collaborate with development and security teams to enhance DevOps workflows and deployment reliability. • Manage, optimize, and secure workloads in AWS and GCP environments, focusing on cost efficiency. • Implement cloud security best practices in line with organizational compliance standards. • Troubleshoot complex issues in multi-cloud or hybrid environments. • Provide Tier 3 support for critical IT systems and escalations. • Manage enterprise collaboration platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian Suite, CI/CD tools). • Ensure seamless integration between IT tools, systems, and internal applications. • Implement endpoint and cloud security controls. • Support patching, vulnerability management, and compliance initiatives (SOC, GDPR, ISO, etc.). • Document processes, provide training, and support cross-functional IT initiatives across time zones.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in IT Systems Engineering, Automation, or DevOps roles. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and associated automation tools. • Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash) and IT infrastructure knowledge (Linux, Windows AD, networking, monitoring). • Proven ability to deliver infrastructure and automation projects in a fast-paced, global environment. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; customer-first mindset. • Experience in remote/distributed teams is a plus.
