📋 Description

• Develop direct-response offers and positioning for coaches, consultants, and agencies • Run discovery and strategy calls with founders • Evaluate and improve weak offers • Advise on guarantees and their financial implications • Use AI to capture and validate client insights during conversations • Create clear BMCs as a foundation for copywriters and media buyers

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years in direct response, offer creation or positioning for coaches, consultants or agencies • Experience running discovery or strategy calls with founders • Ability to hold your position when a founder argues for a weak offer • Knowledge of the Indian coaching and consulting market and high-ticket service pricing in India • Ability to explain why a guarantee works and where a badly written guarantee costs the client money • Ability to use AI during client conversations, including voice notes into GPT and validating drafts with clients • Clear writing skills • Nice to have: read $100M Offers and Dan Kennedy • Nice to have: sold or coached high-ticket services • Must-have skills: direct response, offer creation, positioning • Good-to-have skills: media buying, high-ticket sales, coaching high-ticket services
