📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify strengths and limitations in their daily living skills. • Develop individualized treatment plans based on client goals and therapeutic needs. • Implement therapeutic interventions to improve physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning. • Educate clients and their families on techniques and strategies to enhance independence in daily activities. • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, physical therapists, and speech therapists. • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. • Document treatment sessions and outcomes accurately for compliance and billing purposes. • Participate in community outreach and education programs to promote occupational therapy services.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in a clinical or community setting. • Strong understanding of occupational therapy assessment tools and intervention strategies. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and families. • Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to collaborative care. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and reporting. • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in occupational therapy.
