📋 Description
• Create novel, expert-level STEM problems intended to test the limits of advanced AI models • Assess model responses to ensure the problem consistently produces incorrect outcomes • Develop a structured grading rubric with weighted criteria and rationale • Write a set of three progressive hints to support future AI model improvement
🎯 Requirements
• Strong background in physics with **participation or medal status at the International Physics Olympiad (IPhO)** (highly preferred) • Ability to judge complexity, depth, and rigor in advanced physics problem design • Experience with international or multilingual physics resources is an added advantage • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
