📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP projects, including implementation, rollout, enhancement, migration, and support engagements. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards. • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful outcomes. • Drive adherence to project governance, delivery methodologies, and best practices. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business stakeholders, and project sponsors. • Gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions. • Provide regular project updates, status reports, and executive-level communication. • Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. • Lead cross-functional SAP teams comprising functional consultants, technical consultants, and support resources. • Allocate resources effectively and ensure optimal team utilization. • Mentor team members, provide technical guidance, and promote continuous learning. • Foster collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders. • Oversee solution design and delivery across SAP SD, SAP MM, and SAP FI modules. • Ensure seamless integration between business processes and SAP solutions. • Review functional specifications, solution designs, testing activities, and deployment plans. • Support issue resolution during implementation and post-go-live stabilization. • Ensure compliance with project management standards and organizational governance. • Monitor project KPIs, delivery quality, and customer satisfaction metrics. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and project outcomes. • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and knowledge repositories.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in SAP project delivery and delivery management. • Hands-on expertise in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution), SAP MM (Materials Management), and SAP FI (Financial Accounting). • Proven experience managing end-to-end SAP implementation and support projects. • Strong stakeholder, client, and vendor management skills. • Experience leading cross-functional SAP delivery teams. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
