📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using the Mendix low-code platform. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and UX/UI designers to gather requirements and deliver user-centric solutions. • Integrate Mendix applications with Siemens Opcenter (Discrete/Process) and other enterprise environments. • Develop and manage interfaces using REST, SOAP, OData APIs, and various database connections. • Implement best practices for application architecture, security, and performance optimization. • Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to overall team capability building. • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensure effective version control, and follow application lifecycle management processes. • Stay updated with Mendix platform advancements and related technologies, including MES/Opcenter.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 6+ years of software/application development experience. • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Mendix, including advanced capabilities. • Mendix Advanced Developer Certification (Expert level preferred). • Working knowledge or practical experience with Siemens Opcenter Execution (Discrete or Process). • Strong understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and integration workflows. • Familiarity with API development, data modelling, and integration design. • Proficiency in application architecture and enterprise-level solution design. • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps/CI-CD practices. • Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or SAP Cloud is preferred. • Exposure to manufacturing industry use cases and plant operations is preferred. • Familiarity with Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is preferred. • Knowledge of enterprise-level security standards, performance tuning, and compliance is preferred. • Experience leading Mendix or MES-based programs or project teams is preferred.
